Returning Your Order

You would like to return your order? No problem! In case you would like to return your order, please keep the follow rules in mind:

• 14 Day return policy

  From the moment you receive your package, you have 14 days to return your order if you are not happy with the product. When you return the product, please make sure there is a copy of the invoice inside the package so we know exactly which order arrives when we receive it.

• Shipping Costs

  When returning an order back to us, the shipping costs are at own expenses.

• Returns

  When returning the product, always make sure it is packed securely, in it's original packaging and is undamaged and unused. Used products that show wear can not be returned.

• Exceptions

  There are a few exceptions when returning you product:
• Tankpads that have been used can not be returned
• Custom made tankpads can not be returned
